AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of: the Alley, 90 feet East of Warren Aver~ue, from
10th Street to llth Street, by the laying of blacktop 2 inches thick by
16 feet wide, and the providing of drainage thereof.
THE CITY OF BREI~ERTON DOES OHDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of said City Engineer for the im-
provement of: the Alley, 90 feet East of Warren A~enue, f~om 10th Street
to llth Street, by the l~aying of blacktop 2 inches thick by 16 feet wide,
and the providing of drainage thereof, together with the doing of all other
work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a
complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall 0e in full force and effect immed-
iately following its passa~_e and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the May-
or and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 28t~
day of August, 1957.
