AN O~%D!NANCE approving-} and adopting the maps, plans and speci-
fications for the improvement of:
Brashem Avenue and East 23rd Street, from Cascade
Trail to Nipsic Avenue, by construction of five
foot concrete sidewalks on the west side of Bra-
sham Avenue an,~ concrete curbs and gutters on both
sides of ~rashem Avenue and East 23rd Street.
THE CITY 0F BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~l'hat the maps, plans and specifications prepared
by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Engin-
eer for the improvement of:
Brashem Avenue and East 23rd Street, from 0ascade
Trail to Nipsic Avenue, by construction of five
foot c.ncrete sidewalks on the west side of Bra-
shem Avenue and concrete curbs and gutters on both
sides of Brashem Avenue and East 23rd Street,
togetaer with ~he doing of a!l other work In connection therewith
as may be necessary to ma[~e s~.~ch improvement a complete job, be
and the same az~e hereb..~, adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance siiall be in full force and
effect i~ediately followin~.~, its passage and publication, as pro-
vided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the Oity of Bremerton, sisned
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage, this 14th ~ay of August, 1957.
