AN 0RD]NANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREhERTON D~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution '~\1o. 65 of the
Planning Con~issiom of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
~.{aps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in
conformity with ~;bapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property: Lots 2, 3,
18~ and 19, Block 2 Navy Park First Addition to Charleston,
Kitsap County Washington; be rezoned from Residential one (1)'
to Residential two (~).
Section 2. That by ressom of the change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist
and this 0rdinan~e is necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Brem-
erton, and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon passage amd publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 17th day of July, 1957.
