AN ORDINANCE vacating an unimproved and unnamed street.
THE CITY OF BR~tT(N DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there has been previ~usly filed vJ ~th the City Council a petition
request~ ng vacation of an unnamed and unimproved street in the City' of Bremerton~ more
particularly hereinafter described and that a motion favoring such a vacat.i~.n w~:~s ado!,ted
by the City Council on the 29th day of ~ay, 19~?, and the 26th day o£ June, 1957 was the
date fixed upon which said . etition would by heard~ and that notice of said hear~.ng has been
i~,osted and given in the manner [~rovided by law.
Section 2. T~at the portion of said street ~s more particularly described as follows:

and the same hereby is declared vacated~ but the City of Bremerton does hereby reserve and
retain an easement for any public utilities~ including sewer and water lines, telephone
an~t power cables, which may now be mqder the surface of any of the areas vacated~ and the
City of Bremerton also retains the right to exercise and grant easements in respect
to t~m ar~as hereby vacated for the c~nstructdon, repadr and raaintenance of ~.ublic
utf~]dties and services.
The City Clerk is a~thorized to certify a co~y of this ordinance to be a 'true and
correct copy thereof and to file the ssme for recording by the Auditor of Kitsap County,
~ash_i ng ton.
