AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and
specifications for the improvement of: Perry Avenue, from
East 16th Street to Holman Avenue, by clearing and grading
for and the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks, con-
crete cur~s and gutters, and providing for drainage.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~hat the maps, plans and specifications pre-
pared by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the
City Clerk for the improvement of:
Perry Avenue, from East 16th Street to Holman Avenue
by clearing and grading for and the construction of
five foot concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and gut-
t ters, and providing for drainage~
together with the doing of all other work in connection there-
with as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete
job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. £hat this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect i~nediately following its passage and publication,
as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this 25th day of April, 1957.
