AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans
and specifications for the improvement of:
Bertha Avenue, from 6th Street to 9th Street
by the construction of five foot concrete
sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications
prepared by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of
the City Clerk for the improvement of Bertha Avenue from
6th Street to 9th Street by the construction of five foot
concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters, togeth-
er with the doing of all other work in connection therewith
as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job,
be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately following its passage and publication
as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in auth-
entication of such passage this 3rd day of April, 1987.
