AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting 'the maps, plans and
specifications i'or the improvement of Ironsides Avenue, from
Shore ])rive to East llth Street by clearing and ~?adinc for
and construction of five Foot concz~ete sidewalks, concrete
curbs and gutters, and providing for drainage.
THE CIfY OF BREi'~!ERT0~ DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. i~hat the maps, plans and specificatiot~s pre-
pared by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the
City Clerk for the improvement of Ironsides Avenue from Shore
Drive to East llth Street by clearing ~nd grading for and 'the
construction of five foot concrete sidewalks, co.ncrete curios
and gutters, and providing for drainage~ to~echer with the
doing of all other work in conr~ection therewith as may be nec-
essary to make such improvement a complete job, oe arid the same
is hereby adopted.
Section 2. i'hat this O:~,~inance shall be in full force and
effect iimmediately following its passage and publicaZion, as
provided by ].aw.
PASSED by 'the Cioy Council of the City of tBremerton, sign-
ed by the ~'£ayor and attested by the City Clerk in auti~entication
of such passage, this 27th day of l~'iarch, 1957.
