AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No.
1792, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Z'hat pursuant to Resolution No. 64 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
~aps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and 'they are hereby amended in
conformity with Chapter t, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Lots I and ~, Block 7, Phillips' Addition ~to the
Town of Bremerton, as per olat recorded in volume
2 of Plats on page 52, records of Kitsap County,
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned from Residential One to Resic~ention Two Zone.
Section 2. fhat by reason of the change in the Use and
Area ~[~ps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist,
and r~his Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, 'health and safety' of the citizens of Brem-
erton, and for the general welfare, and 'the same shall be in
full force and effect i~mediately upon passage and puolication.
PASSED UN&N!MO(ISLY Oy the Oity Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 5th day of March., 1957.
