AN ORDINANCE transferring appropriations within the variou~
funds and between general classes in the 1956 Budget and declar-
ing an emer6ency.
THE crIsf OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That due to insufficient appropriations in certain of
the general classes of the 1956 budget, and excess appropriations in
other classes of said budget, it is necessary and in the best interest
of the City of Bremerton 5nat transfers of appropriations Oetween said
general classes in the 1956 Budget be made.
Section 2. That the following transfers are hereby made:

Section 5. There is h~r6by declared to exist an emergency and this
Ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Bremerton and required
for the carrying out of the necessary functions of city government and
shall become effective immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor an~. attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 17th may of January, 19S7.
