AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Narch of Dimes to solicit
contributions upon the Sidewalks and Streets of ~he City o£
Bremerton on January ll, 12, 18 & 19, 1957 and declaring an
emergency.
THE CI'I~f OF BREMERTON ~DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the March of Dimes Organization be and
the same is hereby authorized to solicit contributions upon
the sidewalks and the streets of the City of Bremerton and
the Chief of Police of the City of Bremerton is hereby dir-
ected to issue to said organization a permit valid for said
purposes on January ll, 12, 18 & 19, 1957.
Section 2. ~£hat an emergency exists which affects the
public peace, health, and safety of the City of Bremerton
and this ordinance shall ~ effective i~nediately upon pass-
age and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor an~i attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 10th day of
January, 1957.
