THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
i~i Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 63 of the Planning
[Cormmission of the City of Bremerton, the USe and Area Maps of Ordinance

:.'No. 1V92 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter I,
Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property located at Marlow Avenue
and East Fourteenth Street:
That portion of Lot 3, Block 4, Decatur Acute Tracts, accord-
ing to plat thereof, recorded in volume 2 of Plats, page 53,
records of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Marlow
Avenue as now established and the north line of East 14th
Street as now established; thence north along the east line
of Marlow Avenue 137.45 feet; thence east 34 feet, more or less,
to the southwesterly margin of State Secondary Highway No. 21-B
(Winfield Avenue); thence southeasterly along said margin 170.65
feet, more or less, to the north line of said east 14th Street;
thence west along said north line 136 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning; situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned f~'om Residential Two to Business Zone.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area ~..aps,
an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health
and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and
the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and
publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Acting Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~8th day of November, 1956.
