real proMerty in the City of Bremerton for street purposes, directing
condemnation of ssid property and payment of just compensation there-
for; and declaring an emergency.

Section 1. That t.he following described real property~ siE'uated
in Kitsap County, State 0f ~'~ashingt0n, to-wit:
I. Lot 10 and the South 6.3 feet of Lot 11, Block 3, Cen-
tral Addition to the City of Bremerton, as pep plat
recorded in vol'~e 3 of Plats on page 103, records of
Kitsa~ County.
II. The South 1t8 feet of Lot 10, Block 4, Central Addi-
tion to the City' of Bremerton, as pei~' plat recorded in
voltmie 3 of Plats on page 103f records of Kitsap Co~nty,

is necessary 't~zat said property ~e acquired by condemnation and that
just compensa"cion 'ce determined in such proceedings to be paid to
the owners thereof.
Section 2. That the Oity Attorney and ~he tity of Bremerton are
hereby authorized and directed to proceed i~r~ed~ate!y with the condem-
nation of said real property in the Superior Court of the State of
~.~ashington for Kitsap County.
Section 3. That an emergezicy exists, affecting the public peace,
health, and safety ~nd this ~rdinance shall become effective immediate-
ly following passage and publication.
PASSED U~,!ANI~dO!]SLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the ~vCayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 21st day of November, 1955.
