AN ORDI~ANCE relatind', to thc. zoning of certain parcels of pro-
perty and granting[ exceptions to the zonin[~; ordinance as provided
in Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF B[iE;':~ERTOU [~DES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That it was necessary I'or the City of Bremerton to
take portions of:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, and portions of Lots 7, 8, 9 and
!0, ~lock 2, of Goldsworthy's Addition to the City of
Bremerton, kitsap County, Washington,
for p~blic purposes and as a result of said tsking, the parcels of
property described in Section 2 of this ordinance failed to meet the
minimt.~ requirements for ~u~ldin~ pur,~oses under O~dinance /~1792.
Section 2. That the owners of the following described real
estate ar'e hereby ~nte~ a ri:'d~t to u~ili, ze the:ir property for res
identia! purposes ~s herein set out at'~d in no other manner:
a. North 38 feet of Lot 7, ~lock 1, Goldsworthy's Add-
ition zo the City of Bremerton, for erection of a
house and ~'arage to be located on the land. provided
by the Bremerton City Zoning: OrSinance.
b. Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, of Goldsworthy's Addition to
the City of Brem~.i:~ton, for erecsion of' a residence as
noted on the plot plan ['urn.~shed to the Bremerton City
Building De~ar tment.
c. Lots V and 8, Block 2, Goldsworthy's Addition to the
City of Bremerton, to be used for a one family dwelling.
Section 3. That an emergency' exists af[~ecting the public peace
heatt}~, saqety .-.nd welfa~,e o~' she citizens of the City of b~remerton
an~ bLis Ordinance shall :~:ecomo efi~ective immediately following pass-
age and p~01ication.
PASSED UNANIMO-~SLY by the City Council of 't~e City of Br'emerton,
