AN ORDINA~i'CE amending Use and Area Maps o2' Ordinance No.
1792 arid declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BR'Ri?,'!ERTON EOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 60 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and
Area }iaps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are he~,eby amend-
ed in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, ss follows:
That the followinS described ~-eal property:
Park of the SE-~ of the NE~, Sec. 15, Twp. 24, N.R.
1 E. W.M., described as follows: Beginning 645.4'
North and 63~.75' ~est of the SE% corner of said
SE~. OF .... ~, thence East 212'; thence Sout'h 150';

98'; thence North 110' to the point of beginning;
AND that part of the SE~ OF THE NE~~, Sec. 15, TwP
24, N.R. 1 E.W.M., described as follows: Begin-
ning 535.40~ North and 632.75' West of the SE
corner of said SE~ OF THE NE~; thence i~orth 50';
thence East 98'; thence South 50'; thence ~est
98' to the point of beginning; AND that portion
of the SE-~~ of the NE~-, Sec. 15, Twp. 24,N.R. 1
E.W.M., described as follows: Beginning at a

be rezoned from Residential One to ~usiness Zone.
Section 2. That by z'eason of the change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency e~ists and is hereby declared to exist,
and 5his Ordinar~ce is necessary for the i~edia5e preservation
of the pu~lic peace, health and safety of the citizens of Srem-
erton an~ for the L. eneral welfare, and the same shall oe in
full force and effect i~m~lediately upon passage and puolicat~on.
