AN NCE relating to electricity, providing regulations
and s for the installation, alteration, extension and use
of elect wire apparatus and fixtures, providing for permits~
fees and tion, repealing sub-section 2-f of Section IX of
Ordinance 1948 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY Bi~E},{ERTO~{ LL~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~at sub-section 2-f of Section IX of Ordinance
No. 1948 be and Ch same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. tn emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health and of the citizens of the Cit'y of Breme~ton
and this Ordinance shal be ~ffecti[ve immediately following pass-
age and publication.
