AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifi-
cations for the improvement of:
The alley in Block 3 of Highschool Addition between 6th Street
and 7th Street from Naval Avenue to Olympic Avenue by the construc-
tion of a concrete alley pavement six inches thick and twelve feet
wide,
THE CITY OF BRE~'IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City ~ngineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the
improvement of:
The all~y in Block 3 of Highschool Addition between 6th Street
and 7th Street from Naval Avenue to Olympic Avenue by the construc-
tion of a concrete alley pavement six inches thick and twelve feet
wide,
together with the doing of all other work in connection therewith as
may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, be and the
same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That 'this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect immediately' following its passage and publication, as provided
~y law.
PASSED by the City Council of the 0ity of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 29th day of August, 1956.
