AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans, and speci-
fications for the improvement of Marguerite Avenue from 15th Street
to 925 feet North by the construction of four foot concrete side-
walks and concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY. OF BRF~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans, and specifications aS pre-
pared by the City Engineer' now on file in the Office of the City
Clerk, for the improvement of Marguerite Avenue from 15th Street to
925 feet North by the construction of four foot concrete sidewalks
and concrete curbs and gutters together with the doingof any and
all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to.make
such improvement a complete Job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect immediately following its passage and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
the passage this 5th day of July, 1956.
