AN ORDINANCE relating to the establishment and fixing of the
boundaries and voting precincts in the 0ity of Bremerton, repeal-
ing Sections 42, 43 and 49 of Ordinance No. 1781 and amenoing
Sections 44 and 33 of Ordinance No. 1781, as amended.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 44 of Ordinance No. 1781 as amended
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 44. Precinct No. 44. That part of qualheim
Hill lying in Section 21, Twp. 24 N., Range i E.,
W.M., together with all Sinclair Park and connecting
:~.~teng~h~.al~e~ ~hat p~r~uefh~mlh~t~ N~ll lying North
of South line of Section 16, Twp. 24 North, Range I E.
W~M. and West of Arsenal Way; and also that part of
Westpark lying North and East of Arsenal Way and West
of Searle Street and South and West of Baer Boulevard."
Section 2. That Section 33 of Ordinance No. 1781 as amended
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 33. Precinct No. ~3. Zhat part of the East
1000 feet of East park lying West of the centerline
of Schley Way and its Southerly extension to Second-
ary Highway No. 21-B and Schley Blvd. North from its
intersection with Schley Way."
Section 3. ~'hat Sections 42, 43 and 49 of Ordinance No. 1781
as amended be and'the same are hereby repealed.
APPROVED on first reading this 23rd day of May, 1956.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
