AN ORDINANCE relating to the regulation, erection, operation,
possession and control of signs, amending Ordinance No. 216E by
adding thereto a new Section No. 404.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section %. That Ordinance No. 216E be and the same is here-
by amended by adding thereto a new Section No. 404 to read as
follows:
"Post signs shall be at least ten (10) feet or as
may be determined, in the clear between the lo~est
point of any projection and the sidewalk or grade
immediately below, or as approved by the Building
Inspector."
APPROVED on first reading this End day of May, 1956.
PASSED AND AP?ROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage thia 9th day of May, 1956.
