AN O[~DINA~ providing for the creation and establishment of
a special fund tI be known as "Cumulative Reserve Fund for Acqui-
sition of Automot ~e and Cycle ~quipment" for the Police Department
purposes, providin for the deposit of funds the~lein and the trans-
fer of funds there and providing for disbursements from sai~ fund.
THE CITY OF BREM] !ON £~DES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The Cit Treasurer is hereby ~uthorized and direct-
~d to establish a ~ Reserve Fund for the Acquisition of
Automotive and Cycle E¢ ,n~ for ~he Police Department as of June
1st, 1986.
Section ~. The City T ~urer is hereby authorized and direct-
ed to transfer to said Reserve Fund any and all monies
received by the City of Bremer' a from the sale of automotive and
cycle equipment since the 1st of april, 1~6, and the City [~reas-
urer is further authorized and .ected to ~ransfer to said Cumulat-
ive Reserve Fund, any other monie received from the sale of automot-
ive and cycle equipment of the kol ~e Department, and any funds ~ud-
gered or appropriated for the a ~um [tion of automotive and cycle
~quipment for Police Department s.
Section ~. Monies may be expend~ from said Cumulative Reserve
Fund ~nder the direction of 'the ~i~y i of ~he Oity of ~remerton
for the purchase of automotive and cycl equipment for Police Depart-
ment purposes.
APPROVED on first reading this 4th ~i.a~ ~f April, 19~6.
