AN ORD!~AYCE relating to second-hand dealers, amend-
lng Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1531 as amended, by
Ordinance No. 2029.
THE CITY OF BR~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1531 as a-
mended bY Ordinance No. 2029 is amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. SECOND-HAND DEALER'S LICENSE FF~. It
shall be unlawful for any person.to engage in the
b~siness of second-hand dealer without first pro-
curing a license to so do, to be known as a "Second
Hand Dealer's License." The fee for such License
shall be in the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars annually,
payable in advance on or before the 1st day of July
each year.
Any person having more than one place of business
where second-hand goods are bought, sold, traded,
bartered or exchanged, shall 0e required.to pro-
cure a separate license for each and every such place
of business."
APFROVED on first reading this 14th day of ~arch, 1956.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor, and attested by the ~ity Clerk in auth-
entication of such passage this 21st day of ~arch, 19~6.
