AN ORDINANCE rsla~ing to the regulation of motor vehicle
traffic in the City of Bremerton, amending Section 2 of
Ordinance No. 2116 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2116 be amended
to read as follows:
"Section 2. Any person forfeiting bail or being con-
victed for the violation of any provisions of said
statutes, code or compilations referred to in Section
1 hereof shall be punished in accordance with the
penalty provisions.~f said statutes, code or compil-
ations referred to in Section 1."
Section 2. That an emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of
Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall be in effect immediately
following passage and puolica~ion.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 14th day of March, 1956.
