AN ORDINANCE approving the maps, plans, and specifications for
the improvement of: Terrace Street from Perry Avenue to Trenton Ave-
hUe, by the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks and concrete
gutters and curbs.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o That the maps, plans, and specificasions prepared by
the City Engineer now on file in the Office of the City Clerk, for the
improvement of Terrace Street from Perry Avenue to Trenton Avenue by
tile construction of five foot concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs
and gutters, together with the doing of any and all other work in con-
nection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a com-
plete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately following its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 29th day of February, 1956.
