declaring an emergency.
THE CITZ 0F BREMERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. V5 of the Planning Com-
mission of t~'~6 0ity of Bremerton, the '0se and Area I'~{aps of Ordinance No.
179~ be, and they are hereby' m~ended in confozm~ity with Chapter 1, Title
4-thereof, as follows:
~eing the 65 acres souti~ of First Street and bounded on the
West, South and East by city limits and approximately 1,000
feet on the Northeast by Arsenal Way; situate in Kitsap Coun-
tF, washington, except the westerly 450 feet of said 65 acre
~raot,
be rezoned from Residential-one (R-l) to I~anufacturing.
Section ~. ~'hat by reason of ct~ange in the Use and Area l¥[aps, an
emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and 'this Ordinance is
necessaz, y for tl~le i~ediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and 'the
sama. s:~alt be in full force and effect i~'~aediatety upon passage and pub-
lication.
