THE CITY 0F BRE~,/~ERTON ~ES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement ~istrict No. 276, providing for the improvement of the alley between Brashem Ave- nue ai-~fJ Nipsic Avenue fromCascade 'l~rail to E. 23rd Street, by a;rading, base preparation, surfacing with bit,nitrous materials, and the constrUc- tion of adequate drainage facilities, together wi~h the 5ding of any and all other work in conmection ti~erewitl'~ as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in accordance with the Plans and Specifi- cations on file in the Gffice of the Citl~ Clerk and as provided by 0rdin- ante '~'.~. 2221, the s~ne is hereby ap=~9~,,ed and confirmed. Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvem~ant there is hereby created and established a special i"t,~nd to be known as "Local Improvement Fund ~istrict No. ~f6". Bonds, ~0earin~_:; interest at 4/~ shall be issaed in serial n~bers from one (1) to 19 inclusive, to as many as may be neces- sary to provide for the uncollected portion of said. district on the date hereinafter fixed, to be in denominations of ~100.00 Bonds each, e~cept the first which shall ~,:: for such fractional part of ~100.00 as may be remaining an~ unpaid on said date, payable from said "Local Improv,em~mt Fund ~District No 2V6" Section 4.
