AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
and declaring an emergency.
THE CIT~ OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 73 of the Planning
Commission of the. City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with
chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That portion of the N.E.~ of the N.E.~ of Section 11,
T.24N.,Range 1 E., W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west right of way line
of Secondary State Highway No. 21-B which is 70 ,
feet north and 30 feet west of the southeast cor-
ner of the N.E.~ of said section 11; thence north-
erly along said right of way line, a distance of
590 feet, more or less, 'to the north line of that
tract or parcel of land conveyed to A.J. Bubb and
Adella M, Bubb by instrument under Auditor's File
No. 551912; thence westerly along the north line
of said tract, a distance of 200 feet; thence south-
erly along a line which is parallel to the above
mentioned west right of' way line of Secondary State
Highway No. 21-B, a distance of 330 feet, more or
less, to the north line of that tract or parcel of
land conveyed to Dwight C. and Nellie I. Phillips
under Auditors File No. 335784; thence westerly a-
long the north line of said tract, a distance of
134 feet, more or less, to the north west corner
thereof; thence southerly along the west line of
said Phillips tract, a distance of 50 feet; more
or less to the southwest corner thereof; thence
continuing southerly along the west line of the
tracts or parcels of land conveyed to Lawrence E.
.and Jeanette L. Foster under Auditor's file No.s
585512 and 585751 'to the northerly margin of Sher-
idan Roads; thence southeasterly along said road
margin to the southwest corner of that certain tri-
angular tract conveyed to the City of Bremerton
under Auditor's File No. 667937; thence northeast-
erly a distance of 45 feet to the point of beginning.

Section 2. :£hat by reason of change in the.~Use and Area Maps
an emergency exists and is hereby declared, to exist, and this Ordin-
ance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace
health and safety of the citizens of B~emerton, and for the general
welfare, and the same shall 'be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNAN%MOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by -the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 29th day of October, 1958.
