AN' ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Ivy Street.
THE CITY OF BREMERTOi~ ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Bremerton de-
clared its intention to vacate a portion of Ivy Street by Resolu-
tion No. 1012, setting the 15th day of October, 1958, as the date
upon which said resolutio~ would be ~eard and that notice of said

Section 2. That portion of Ivy Street described as follows:
That portion of Ivy Street as shown on the Plat of First
Addition to Sheridan Park, recorded in Volume 8 of plats
page 23-25, records of Kitsap County, W'ashington, describ-
ed as follows:
.Beginning at a point on the southerly margin of Ivy Street
easterly 5.00 feet from the no thwest corner of Lot 151 of
a0ove named plat; thence easterly along said street ma_~.gin ~
a distance of 1V9.83 feet; thence along a line which is at
right angles to the southerly margin of Ivy Street, a dis-
tance of 47.00 feet to the northerly margin of Ivy Street;
thence westerly along said street margin 1.79.17 feet to a
point which is 25.00 feet easterly from the centerline of
Clare Avenue; thence southerly along a line parallel to
said centerline a distance of 47.00 feet to the point of
beginning~
is hereby declared vacated, but the City of Bremerton does hereby
reserve and retains an easement for any public utilities, includ-
in~ sewer and water lines, telephone and power cables, which may
now be under the surface of any of the area vacated, and the City
also retains 'the right to exercise and grant easements in respect
to the area hereby vacated for the construction, repair and main-
tenance of public utilities an~ services.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this Ordin-
ance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the sa~ne
for recording wit[~ the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 15th day of October, 1958.
