AN ORDIN~NCE of the City of Bremerton, levying municipal
taxes against all of the taxable property within the City Lim-
its of Bremerton for the year 1958, and approving the assess-
ment roll made by the Assessor of Kitsap County therefor, to
be collected in the year 1959.
THE CITY OF BREMERT0['i ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1, That a tax of 'the total valuation of the tax-
able property of ~he City of Bremerton, assessed in the sum
of ~343,427.00, saic] ta~ being in amounts as follows, be and
'the same is '..iereby levied against all of the ta:~able proper.ty
located v~itkin 'the corporate limits of tl~e City of Bremerton,
for municipal puz~poses, for the hear 1958~ to be collected in
the year 195~, the same to 0e carried on the ta:~ rolls a nd col-
lected by- the Treasurer of Kitsap County:

Section 2. That the assessment roll as made by the County
Assessor of Kitsap County ~:~ashington, and reviewed by the County
Cormmissioners of said County, assessing property values as a
basis for taxes for the year 1958 to be collected in the year
1959, in which said roll the taxable property in the City of
Bremerton is assessed in the sum of ~22,156,609 be and the said
assessment roll is hereby approved as the assessment roll for
levying taxes for the City of Bremerton.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force anti ef-
fect i~m~ediately following passage and publication as provided
hy law.
