AN ORDINANCE providing for the zoning of the Oity of Bremerton into
districts and establishing the limits of such districts and amending
.Bection 19 of Ordinance No. 1972.
THE CITY 0F .bREMER~0h ~ES ORDAIN:
~ ' Section 1. That Section 19 of Ordinance No. 1972 is hereby amended
~::to read as follows:
Section 19. ~ Whenever any property zoned as residential is hereafter
;;;~rezoned by Ordinance of the City cf Bremerton as a B-1 or B-2 Business
District, said property shall be designated as Fire Zone No. 2 and any
property rezoned as Business District B-3 shall be designated as Fire Zone
No. 1 and any such property rezoned as Bus~i'ness District ~roperty which
is presently adjacent t~ an existing Fire Zone shall be included within
the limits of the particular Fiz'e Zone to which is adjacent, and all sUCh
property so rezoned shall be subject to the provisions of the Ordinances
~f the City of Bremerton relative to property in such Fire Zone.
APPROVED on first reading this 1st day of October, 1958.
PASS~ on second reading by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the ~,'layor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 8th day of October, 1958.
