AN ORDZNA~CE amending Use and Area Maps o£ Ordinance No. 1792
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o That pursuant to Resolution No. V2 of the Plan-
ning Con'mission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 he, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property: Lots 12 and
13, Block 9, Union High School Addition, Situate in Kit-
sap. County, Washington, be rezoned from Residential One
(R-i) to Business Zone.
Section 2. '£hat by reason of the change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
Ordinance is necessary £or the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be ,in full force and effect im-
mediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANI~OUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
signed by the Mayor an.J attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 10th day of September, 1958.
