Planning Fund providing for appropriations of money into and
specifying the purpose for which money from said fund may be expended.
THE CITY OF BREN~ERTON DOE~ ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City of Bremerton has entered into an
agreement with the Federal Housing and Home Finance Agency in which
said agency agrees to furnish the City 6f Bremerton Seventy-Five
Hundred Dollars (~7500.00) to defray architect fees for the prelim-
inary planning for additions to the present City Hall and said
agreement further provides that the City shall create a special
fund in which said money will be deposited.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to establish a fund to be known as the City Hall Planning
Fund for the purpose of paying Architects fees for the preparation
of preliminary plans, specifications and cost estimates for the
reconstruction and enlargement of the City Hall.
Section 3. That there is hereby appropriated from funds to be
received from the Federal Housing and Home Finance Agency the sum
of Seventy-Five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00) and the City Treasurer
is hereby authorized and directed to place in said fund any and all
money received from the Federal Housing and Home Finance Agency by
virtue of the previously and above mentioned contract and any other
funds which may be received by the City of Bremerton from other
sources for the specific purpose mentioned herein.
APPROVED on first reading this 13th day of August, 1958.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 20th day of August,
