AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~.~IERTO~,~' DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o That pursuant 'to Re~olution No. Vi of the Planning Com-
mission of t:~e City of Bremerton, the Use and Area *"aps of Ordinance 1792
be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4
thereof, as follows: That the following described real property: Lot
18, Block 3, BremerS First Addition to Bremerton and Charleston, Situate
in Kitsap County, Washington be rezoned from Residential One (E-l) to
Buxines s Zone.
Section P.. That by reason of the c?~ange in the Use and Area Maps,
an emergency exists and is hereby ~eclared to exist and this Ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace~ health and
safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for 'the general welfare, and
same s~_all be in full force and effect inmlediately upon passage and publi-
cation.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sign-
ed by the Mayor and attested bY the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 23rd d~y of July, 1958.
