AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1V92,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursurant to Resolution No. 70 of the Planning
Corm~ssiOn of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area l~aps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter l,
Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
The North ~ of Lot 20, Joseph Daly's Garden
Tracts; Situated in Kitsap County, Washing-
ton
be rezoned from Residential One ~l) to Commercial Zone.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area Maps,
an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health
and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare,
and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 25th day of June, 1958.
