AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 67 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the 0se and Area Maps of~ 0rdt.nance
No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property: The North one half
of Lot 2, Joseph Daly!s Tracts, 88 feet
be rezoned from Residential One (1) to Commercial Zone.
Section 2. 'fhat by reason of the change in the Use and Area Maps,
an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health,
and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare,
and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by theCity Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Cl~rk in authentication
of such passage this 25th day of June, 1958.
