AN ORDINANCE relating to the establishment and fixing of the
boundaries and voting precincts in the City of Bremerton, amending
Sections 41 and 42 of Ordinance No. l?S1, as amended.
THE CITY OF BR~!ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section ~l of Ordinance No. 1781, as amended,
hereby amended to rea~ as follows: (boundaries of Precinct No. 41)
~ Beginning at the N.W. Corner of the S.E.~ of the SE~ ~
,../of 'Sec. 2, Township 24 N, RiE W.M.; thence Southerly
along the W line of said SE¼ of the Se~ to the center
line of Dibb Street.; thence Easterly along said center
line and the extension thereof-to the E margin of State
Hwy 21-B, said margin being ~0' E of the section line
common to Secs. 1 & ~, Township ~4N, RiE W.~.; thence
Southerly along said E Nargin to a point on the S line of
the SW¼ of Sec. 1,Township ~4 N, RiE W.~., which is~ ~0'
of the SW corner of said SW~ of the SW~; thence following
the existing ~undary of public School property Easterly
Northerly Z~O~, Westerly 2~5', Northerly Z19.99', East-
erly 225', Northerly 480', Westerly 9~.OZ' and Norther-
ly 147.$~', to the S margin of Sylvan Way; thence West-
erly along said S margin Z19.0~' to the E margin of
State Hwy 21-B; thence Northerly ~0' to the center line
of Sylvan Way; thence Westerly ZO' to the NE corner of
the SE~ of the SE~ of Sec. ~, Township 2~N RiE $.~.;
thence Westerly along the N line of said SE~ of the SE~
to point of beginning. (All distances according to
C. E. Grid maps.)
Section E~ That Section 42 of Ordinance No. 1781 as amended
is hereby amended to read as follows: (Boundaries of Precinct No.
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Dibb
St. with the W line of the SE¼ of the SE~ of Sec. ~,
Township 24 N RiE W.N.; thence Easterly along said center
line and ~he extension thereof to the E margin of State
Highway ~l-B, said E. Margin being ~0' E of the Sec. line
common to Secs i & ~, Township ~N, RiE W.N.; thence
Southerly along said E margin to a point on the S line of
the ~ of the NW¼ of Sec 12, Township 24N RiE which is ~0'
E of the SW corner of said NW~ of the NW~ ; thence Westerly
along said S line ~0, to said SW corner o~' the NW¼ of the
NW~; thence westerly along the S line of the NE~ of the NE~
of Sec. ll, Township 24N, RiE W.~. to the W line of said
NE~ of the NE¼; thence Northerly along said W line to the
point of beginning~
