AN ORDINANCE appropriating $10,000 to the Public Works
Revolving Fund and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Public
Works Re~0~vtng Fund the sum of $10,000 from any moneys
received as provided for in Ordinance No. 2271 for the pur-
pose of paying contractors, reimbursing the City Engineers
Office for its expenses incurred and for making refunds.
Section 2. That an emergency exists affecting the
public peace, health and safety of the City of Bremerton,
and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately following
passage and publication.
APPROVED on first reading this 7th day of May, 1958.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 4th day
of June, 1958.
