AN ORDINANCE vacating an alley located in Block 6, Char-
leston Navy View Addition running between Patten Ave. and
Roger Street.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ,DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of
Bremerton declare its inoention to vacate an alley by Res-
olution No. 999, setting the 7th day of May, 1958, as the
date upon which said resolution would be heard and that
notice of said hearing has been posted and given in the
manner provided 'by law and no opposition appearing.
Section 2. That the alley more particularly describ-
ed as follows:
An alley located in Block 8, Charleston Navy View
Addition running between Patten Avenue and Roger
Street, in the City of Bremerton, County of Kitsap,
State 'of Washington,
is hereby declared vacated, but the City of Bremerton does
hereby reserve and retains an easement for any p~blic util-
ities, including sewer and water lines, telephone and power
cables, which may now be under the surface of any of the
areas vacated, and the City also retains the right to exer-
cise and grant easements in respect to the area hereby vac-
ated for the construction, repair and maintenance of public
utilities and services.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this
Ordinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file
the same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County,
Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 7th day of May, 1958.
PASSED on second'reading by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day
of May, 1958.
