AN ORDINANCE proclaiming a name for a certain unnamed
road or place situated on Government Lot 5, Section 16, Town-
~.hip 24, Range i East.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a certain roadway lying in the un-
recorded plat of Bemont's waterfront Tracts in Government
Lot 5, Section 16, Township 24, Range i East W.M., and des-
cribed as follows:
Running northerly from P.S.H. #21 between lots
15 and 17 and westerly between Lots 8 through~
20-A incl.
heretofore unnamed shall hereafter be known as Lower Oyster
Bay Road.
APPROVED on first reading this 2nd day of April, 1958.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th day of April,
1958.
