AN ORDINANCE creating a special fund to be known as
~he Public Works Revolving Fund, and providing for the de-
posit and distribution of money in said fund.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby created a special fund to
be known as The Public Works Revolving Fund, to be adminis-
tered by the City Treasurer.
Section 2. Whenever any group of citizens desire to
make certain sidewalk, curb, gutters and street improve-
ments without the formation of a Local Improvement District
they may proceed by depositing with the City Treasurer a
sum of money equal to the cost estimate prepared by the
City Engineer of the project proposed by a~petition or ap-
plication signed by all property owners to be affected,
and previously filed with and approved by the Engineer.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall issue warrants on
said fund upon expense vouchers approved by the City Eng-
ineer.
Section 4. Any money remaining in said fund upon the
completion of any project provided for herein, may be re-
turned to the signers of the petition ox application upon
a voucher approved by the City Engineer and ~reasurer.
APPROVED on first reading this 28th day of March, 1958.
