AN ORDINANCE regulating the erection, re-erection,
operation,, pessession and control of signs, amending Sec-
tion 405 of Ordinance No. 2182.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 405 of Ordinance No. 2182 be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section AOS. Projecting signs shall be at least
ten feet (lO') or as may be determined in the
clear between the lowest point of any projection
and the sidewalk immediately below, and it shall
not occupy more than two thirds (2/5) of~ the dis-
tance from the property line or building to ~he
curb line, except that any part of such sign that
is at least fifteen feet (15') in the clear may
project out to the curb line.
APPROVED on first reading this 5th day of March, 1958.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 2nd day of
April, 1958.
