AN 0RD]NANCE providing for the ab~ ndonment of all unexpended funds
appropriated ~.n the 195V budget, excepting certain designated funds, and providing
that certain designated funds shall be carried forward and remain in full force
and effect, and be held available for the purpose of such budgetary appropriation,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BR..T~ERTON DOES 0RDT,~]N:
Section 1. That all sums provided in the budget for the year 1957 which
remain unexpended on January 20, 1958, shall be abandoned on said date, except
the following which shall remain in full force and effect and shall be held
available during the yea~. 1958, unless hereafter specifically abandoned by
ordinance:
Street Fund: Capital Outlay - Automotive Equipment
Section 2, An emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and. this
ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton, and shall be effective upon passag
and publication.
PASSED UNANI~0USLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, ~igned by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
20th day of January, 1958.
