AN ORDINANCE r~alating to the construction and reconstruction of side-
walks, and s~nending Ordinance No. 2258 by adding thereto a new Section 7
providing for penalties for the violation of Ordinance No. 2258.
THE CITY OF BREMERTGN DOES O~DAIN.'
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2258 is hereby smlended by adding thereto
a new Section ? which reads as follows:
Section 7, Any person violating any of the provisions of Ordinance
No. 2258 s'hall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than ~300.00 or be im-
prisoned in the City jail for a period of not more than 90 days or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
APPROVED on first reading by the City Council this 21st day of
October, 1959.
PASSED on Second Reading by the City Council of the City of Bz, em-
erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 2Sth day of October, 1959o
