AN ORDINANCE relating to the establishment and fixing of boundaries
in voting precincts in the City of Bremerton; repealing Section 1 of Ord-
inance No. 2281 and amending Sections 30,41, and'55 of Ordinance No. 1781
and adding a new section, No. 49 to Ordinance No. 1781.
THE CITY OF BRE~'IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section o of Ordinance No. 2281 be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. ~l~ha~ Section 30 of Ordinance No. 1781 is hereby amended to
~ead as follows:
~ Section 30. Precinct No. 29. That the boundary of precinct i'~o. 29
shal~ be as f~'llows:
Beginning at the intersection of Burwell Street and Marion Avenue;
thence west on Burwell Street to National Avenue; thence north on
National Avenue to 5th Street; thence west on Sixth Street and 6th
Street extended to Forrest Avenue; thence south on Forrest Avenue
to the south margin of First Street; thence west on let Street to
Oyster Bay Avenue; thence north on Oyster Bay Avenue and Oyster' Bay
Avenue extended to the meander line of Oyster Bay; thence following
meander llne of Oyster Bay easterly and northerly to the centerline
of Section 15 Township 24N, R1E, W.M.; thence East to the northeast
corner of' the Northwest ¼ of the southwest ~ of Section 15; thence
south 'to 9th Street; thence east to Kitsap Way; thence northeaster-
ly along Kitsap Way to ~harlotte Avenue extended; thence north on
Charlotte Avenue extended to centerline of said Section 15; thence
east on said centerline of said Section 15 to Adele Avenue extended
thence south on Adele Avenue and Marion Avenue to pcb.
Section 3. ~l'hat section 41 of Ordinance No. 1781 is hereby amended to
read as follows.:
Section 41. Precinct No. 40. That the boundary of precinct No. 40
shall Be as foZlows:
Beginning at the intersection of 19th street and Snyder Avenue;
thence south on Snyder Avenue to 15th ~treet; thence west on
15th Street to Lafayette Avenue; thence north on Lafayette Ave-
nue to the southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 4 of the plat of
Midway Addition; thence west to the southwest corner of said
Lot 3; thence north along the west line of said lot 3 and its
northerly extension to the south margin of l~th Street; thence
west along said margin 'tO the southerly extension of the west
line oF lot 12 plat of C. Jack Jones Addition; thence north a-
lon~ the west line of said lot and its extension thereof to
the northwest corner of said lot 12; 'thence east to the west
line of Block 3 plat of midway Addition; thence north along
said west line of block 3 to the centerline of 19th Street;
thence east on 19th Street to the .pcb.
Section 4. That Section 55 of Ordinance No. 1781 is hereby amended to
read. as follows:
Section 55° Precinct No. 41. That the boundary of precinct No. 41

Beginning at the N.W. corner of the S.E. ¼ of the SE¼ of Sec.2,
Township 24N, R1E W.M.; thence southerly along the W line of said
SE~ of the SE¼ to the centerline of Dibb St.; thence easterly a-
long said centerline and the extension thereof to the E margin of
State Hwy 21-B, said margin being 30~ E of the section line com-
mon to Secs. l&2, Tqwnshp 24N, R1E W.M.; thence Southerly along
said E margin to a point on the S line of the SW¼ of Sec. 1, Town-
ship 24N, R1E W.M.; which is 30~ E of' the SW corner of said SW~
of the SW¼; thence following the existing boundary of. public school
property EaSterly 225';
Northerly 350', westerly 225', Northerly 319.99', Easterly 225~,
Northerly 480~, Easterly 94.03, and Northerly 147.33' to the S
margin of Sylvan Way; 'thence Westerly along said S margin 319.03,
to the E margin of State Hwy 21-B; thence Northerly ~0' to E mar-
gin of State Hwy 21-B; thence Northerly 30' to the centerline of
Sylvan Way; thence Westerly 30' to the NE corner of the SE~ of the
SE~. of Sec. 2, Township 24N R1E W.M.; thence Westerly along the

Section 5. That there is hereby added to Ordinance No. 1781 a new
section No. 49 which shall read as follows:
Section 49. That the boundary of precinct No. 49 shall be as follows:
The West 90 feet of the following described tract: Beginning
at a point N 89026~51'' West 20 feet from the Nort~east corner
of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast q~arter, Section 12,
Township 24N, [tie W.M.; thence S 0°49'20" W 101.42 feet; thence
N 89°25'31'' W 391.35 feet; thence N 0°51.~35" E 101,42 feet;
thence S 89°26'51" E s91.35 feet to the point of beginning,
EXCEPT from the above described tract;
Beginning at the SE corner of the SW~ of the NE~ of said Sec-
tion 12; 'thence No.89°00~48'' W 280.92 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence N 89000,48" W 129.21 feet; thence S 02°
01'25" W 101.35 feet; thence S 88°59'31" E 129.62 feet thence
N 01°50~48" E 101.41 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT
ROAD.
