AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton, levying municipal taxes againet
all of the taxable property within the City Limits of Bremerton for the year
1959, and approving the assessment roll made 0y the Assessor of Kitsap Coun-
ty therefor, to be collected in the year 1960.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SectiOn 1. That a tax of the total valdation of the taxable property
of the City of Bremerton, assessed in the sum of $376,283.76, said tax
'being in amounts as follows, be and the same is hereby levied against all
of the taxable property located within the corporate limits of the City of
Bremerton, for municipal purposes, for the hear 1959, to be collected in
the year 1960, the same to be carried on the tax rolls and collected by
the Treasurer of Kitsap County:

* For debt service on $400,000.00 General Obligation Bonds authorized
by the people of Bremerton on November 4, 1958.
Section 2. That the assessment roll as made by the County Assessor
of Kitsap County Washington, and reviewed by the County Commissioners of
said County, assessing property values as a Oasis for taxe~ for the year
1959 to 0e collected in the year 1960, in which said roll the taxable pro-
perty in the City of Bremerton is assessed in the sum of $21,813,579.00 be
and the said assessment roll is hereby approved as the assessmen~ roll for
levying taxes for the City of Bremerton.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immedia-
tely follovgng passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass-
age this 9th day o£ October, 1959.
