· AN ORDINANCE VaCating'a portion of an alley r.unntng between'
Montgomery and Callow Streets and South of llth Street.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SeCtion 1. That the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton declared its intention to vacate an alley by ResOlution
No. 1067, setting the aOth day of September, 1959, as the
'date upon which said ResolUtion would be heard and that notice
of said hearing has been Posted and given in the manner provid-
ed by law and no opposition appearing.
Section 2. That the alley more particularly described as
follows:
All that portion of the alley situated between the
South margin of llth Street (Giles Street) and the
extended South margins of Lots l0 and al, all' in
BlOck 2a ard addition tb Oharleston, according to
Plat thereof recorded in Volume 4 Plats page
is hereby:declared vacated, bUt the City of Bremerton does here-
by reserve and retains an easement for any public utilities,
including sewer and Water lines, telephone and power cables,
which may not be under the surface of any of the areas vacated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this Ord-
inance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the
same for recording with the Auditor of Kltsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 30th day of September, 1959.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and'attested by ~h~t~Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 7th day of ~, 1959.
