AN ORDINANCE changing the n~ne of State Secondary Highway 21-B,
a portion of Marlow Avenue and a portion of Winfield Avenue to Wheaton
Way and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section t. That the name of that portion of State Secondary High-
way 21-B and Winfield Avenue more particularly described as follows:
That portion of State Secondary Highway 21-B from Harkins Street
Northerly to the City Limits line at the North margin of Sylvan
Way. Including a portion of Winfield Avenue from Harkins Drive
to East l~th Street and a portion of Marlow Avenue from its in-
~ .~. ~ersection with State Secondary Highway ~i-B to the point where
Sta~e Secondary Highway ~i-B turns in a Northwesterly direction~
be and the same is hereby chan6ed to Wheaton Way.
Section 2. That an emergency exists affecting the public peace,
health and safety of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately following passage and p~blicationo
APPROVED on first reading the 2nd day of September, 1~$$.
~ASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this Sth day of September, 1~$~.
