AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinar~ e No.
1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON OOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Reeolution No. 85 of the Plan-
ning Co~nission of the City of. Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with G~apter 1, 'Title 4, thereof as follows:
The North 150 feet of the South 450 feet of Parcel 21,
Block 2, Third Addition to Sheridan Park be rezoned
from Residential - One (R-i) to Business- Three (B-3).
Section 2. ~hat by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremer-
ton, and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full
force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANI~OUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 26th day of August, 1959.
