AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area ~taps of Ordinance No. 1792 an~'~ de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. l'ha~ pursuant to Resolution No. 84 of the Planning Commis-
sion of the Cisy of Bremerton, the 5'se and Area Maps of Ordinance 1792 be,
and they are hereby amended in confor.mity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof
as follows: The East ~ of Block 23, Third Addition to Charleston, be re-
zoned from Residential-one (R-i) to Business-three (B-5).
Section 2. ~'hat 'by z~eason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an emer-
gency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of
the citizens of Bremerton, and for 5he a:~eneral welfare, and the same shall
be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass-
