'AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area ~'laps of Ordinance No. 1792 and de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 83 of the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area ~laps of Ordinance 1792 be,
and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof
as follows: Lot 4, Jens Jacobsen Addition be rezoned from Residential-one
(R-i) to Business-three (B-3).
Section 2. ~'hat by reason of change in the Use and Area ~iaps, an em-
ergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is nec-
essary for the immediate p.~.eservation of the public peace, health, and safe-
ty of the citizens of Bremerton, and for -the general welfare, and the same
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the 0ity Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Cle~'k in amthentication of such pass-
