AN ORDINANCE mnending Use and Area I',laps of Ordinance No. 1792 and d e-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREf;1ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section.1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 82 of the Planning commis-
sion of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance 1792 be,
and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof
as follows: Tract B, First Addition to Sheridan Park, City of Bremerton,
be rezoned from Residential - One (R-l) to Residential - two
Section 2. Shat by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an emer-
gency exists and is hereby ~eclared to exist, and this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of the
citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the ~{ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass-
age this 19th day of August, 1959o
